June 5, 2015 marks the 48th anniversary of the U.S.-backed Israeli war that conquered the West Bank, Gaza, Golan Heights. Israel’s colonial occupation of Palestine continues to the present. The “Six-Day War” was also a turning point in the Palestinian liberation struggle.

Today, imperialist intervention and the the rise of the reactionary “Islamic State” has created a grave crisis for the people of the Middle East. A discussion period will follow the panel presentations.
