March 19 provides the opportunity to hit the streets and demand real change right here in the United States.
My students are very excited right now because they have been selected to attend ANSWER’s upcoming Youth Activist Seminar in Washington, D.C. The two-day Seminar will include workshops on public speaking, and political education.

Anti-war, community and student organizations attended a meeting of the March 19 Coalition at Immanuel Presbyterian Church.
Brian Becker, the National Coordinator of the ANSWER Coalition, blasts Donald Rumsfeld's newly released personal memoirs, "Known and Unknown", on Russia Today.
Come to Washington, D.C., on March 19 for veterans-led civil resistance at the White House in opposition to the continued presence of nearly 50,000 U.S. soldiers and tens of thousands of foreign mercenaries in Iraq.
On March 19, the anniversary of the invasion of Iraq, we will see the largest veteran-led civil resistance action in memory. This will build on the event of December 16, 2010, when 132 were arrested at the White House.
Brian Becker, National Coordinator of the ANSWER Coalition, explains how "regime change" remains the ambition of U.S. foreign policy towards Iran, and how the anti-war movement should respond.
