Over the next week, outreach teams and individuals will be handing out flyers, putting up posters and making phone calls to continue to spread the word to people in the DC/MD/VA area about the September 24 demonstration. You can use the sign-up form below to volunteer to help out this weekend, next week, or the following weekend. (Similar forms will be sent out on a regular basis for those interested in helping out later in August or in September.)
If you submit this form, someone from the DC A.N.S.W.E.R. office will contact you by email or phone. If you are planning to volunteer, it is important that you sign up in advance by filling out the form below, or by calling or emailing, so the DC office can coordinate outreach teams.
You can also make arrangements to volunteer at your convenience, both in terms of the time and day, and the place. If you can’t come into the office, an outreach volunteer can meet you in your neighborhood or by your job, whatever is convenient. You can also volunteer in the office at any time. In the comments section at the bottom, you can write a note about what you would like to do.
Plus, flyers, posters and stickers are available to be picked up at the A.N.S.W.E.R. office at 1247 E St. SE and can be printed from the A.N.S.W.E.R. website.

This weekend, Outreach Teams will meet at 12 noon at the A.N.S.W.E.R. office on both Saturday (July 30) and Sunday (July 31). If you are available this weekend, please sign up below or call the A.N.S.W.E.R. office at 202-544-3389. (If it rains, we will leaflet at indoor events and make phone calls, so please still join us.)
No experience is needed! Just let us know you're coming in advance, and you will be teamed up with others and materials will be available. Those who join Outreach Teams on Saturday are also invited to a picnic taking place at 3 pm that afternoon at the A.N.S.W.E.R. office (indoors if it rains).

Volunteer Organizers' Meetings will begin Wed., August 17
Weekly Volunteer Organizers' Meetings for the September 24 demonstration will take place every Wednesday beginning August 17 at 7 pm. Join us at the A.N.S.W.E.R. office at 1247 E St. SE to join political discussions and to learn how you can become more involved.
