Deadline: Friday, Sept. 16 for Bus Tickets

If you're plan was to buy a bus ticket online, now is the time. After this Friday, September 16th, it will be too late to order a bus ticket and have us mail it to you before the 24th. You will still be able to purchase tickets online, but after Friday you will have to come in to our office to pick them up. You can also purchase tickets at the office. Tickets are $35 ($20 for low income and students).

This Thursday at our regular September 24th volunteers' meeting, we will be showing "Eyewitness New Orleans," a powerful short film from Gloria La Riva, a member of the A.N.S.W.E.R. delegation that recently returned from New Orleans. Their report can be found here. The film features testimonies from the survivors of Hurricane Katrina. Come attend the film showing, and find out how you can become an organizer for the September 24th march on the White House. We're only two weeks away.
