Via the National Endowment for Democracy and USAID, the U.S. has supported several attempts to bring down Venezuela's elected government, including a failed military coup led by SOA-trained soldiers. On December 2, the anniversary of the Monroe Doctrine, let's demand an end to U.S. interference in Latin American democracies.

Update on letter writing campaign against the blockade of Cuba
Today, the United Nations General Assembly voted overwhelmingly in favor of the resolution introduced by Cuba demanding the unconditional lifting of the U.S. blockade. This is the fourteenth consecutive year that the UN General Assembly has voted in favor of this resolution against the blockade. This year, 182 countries voted in favor, 4 against, and 1 abstained. Tell Bush, Congress, and Over 23,000 letters have been sent in the last week through the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition website expressing opposition to the U.S. blockade of Cuba.
