Hurricane Katrina rampaged through the Gulf of Mexico and caused devastation in many Southern states, especially Louisiana and Mississippi. A year and 8 months later, poor and working people of New Orleans are still facing a negligent and racist government preventing them from returning to their homes and their lives.
Come hear eyewitness accounts from activists who recently went to New Orleans to help in the rebuilding process of a devastated community. Join us for a night of discussion and political analysis on the continuing struggle for justice on the Gulf Coast.
