In Cuba in January 2019, a Freedom Caravan of Rebel Army combatants commemorated the entry into Havana of Fidel and the rebel army on Jan. 8, 1959, cementing the triumph of the Cuban Revolution. Gloria La Riva, Coordinator of the Cuba and Venezuela Solidarity Committee was there and interviewed some of the participants in the caravan.
