ANSWER is building an international movement for peace and solidarity. We are working to oppose economic sanctions and blockades that are designed to create human suffering in countries that have been targeted by the U.S. for regime change. Since our founding in 2001, our members and chapters have always played an important role in the fight against racist profiling and police violence, and in support of immigrant, women's and workers’ rights, also connecting the fight for social justice at home to the movement against war and occupation abroad.
