Activists and people of conscience from throughout the Deep South are coming to Washington, D.C. for the "Hands Off Venezuela" National March! They are signed up from Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, with anti-war buses and vans stopping along the way to pick up more protesters. Their commitment is considerable; some are driving upwards of 19 hours, shelling out hundreds of dollars, and won't even sleep before returning home to get back to their jobs on Monday.

In Atlanta, where a bus to D.C. costs $6,300 to reserve, we have signed up many working-class people who want to come to D.C., and are willing to sacrifice their time, but cannot afford the trip without some financial support. They are reaching out to see who among us can help make this happen!
