In the face of the recent attacks on Planned Parenthood in the streets and in legislature, it is imperative that all people stand up to show their support now. Right-wing bigots are using fear-mongering tactics to take away the right to choose and the right to affordable healthcare.

Women won the right to choose with a unified mass movement of all people in the streets. WORD stands in solidarity with Planned Parenthood and is part of a mass movement to defend our rights. In New Haven, a broad coalition from all over the state, including activists and members of the faith community, has been building to strike back against the new wave of attacks on reproductive healthcare. We have been at Planned Parenthood every Saturday morning to say that we stand with clinics across the country and we are grateful for the resources they provide!
