Where Artists Shine & Revolutionaries Rise

Our hearts and revolutionary fighting spirit also go out to the victims of the Orlando Massacre. This month we will be dedicating our special Open Mic to the struggle for LGBTQ liberation — a collaboration of the ANSWER Coalition and The Point Women's Empowerment Group. Taking place right before Trans Day of Action and NYC Pride, we will be kicking off PRIDE week by honoring the freedom fighters in the LGBTQ movement, building community and expressing our true selves.

Liberation Mic is a space for all people to share all forms of art and revolutionary consciousness. As we know our features, we will be letting you know! We are featuring LGBTQ artists this month. Bring your rhymes, your poetry, or any sort of expression - all art is welcome- all you need to do is sign up!
